I so miss the days of hugs, playful shoves, sitting closely together…the experience of touch is one of the most important and innate ways we connect and respond to each other.  Physical distancing requires us to lose so much of this source of comfort.  Consider some practices that help you deepen your experiences of touching nature.  They are not a replacement for human touch (any more than a veggie burger is a replacement for a hamburger) but fuller physical engagement with the world around us is pretty special and amazing all on it’s own (like a really good black bean burger on delicious homemade buns with avocado and carmelized onions ;-).
